I’m Ardhi Pradhana, a consultant and the Founder & CEO of AlchemiPro.

My work brings together finance, operations, and technology. These days, I split my time between advising startup teams and building software for the people running those businesses.

Based between Jakarta & Ho Chi Minh City.

Background

I’ve spent more than fifteen years in finance, moving from regional roles inside large companies to working with smaller ones. Over time the work widened beyond financial planning and reporting into the systems underneath them: how information moves, how teams work, and where automation can help.

What I’m doing now

Working alongside startups.

Alongside ongoing finance advisory work, I’m helping several startups implement AI automations across finance, marketing, and employee engagement. The work includes both figuring out what is useful and putting it into practice with their teams.

Building AlchemiPro.

As Founder & CEO, I lead a group building applications for finance, HRIS, and sales force automation. MontPro, the financial tool I founded, is now part of AlchemiPro.
